Por exemplo: amplia\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1rea, mudan\u00e7a de uso, reforma, etc.<\/p><p>A segunda \u00e9 quando se nota a\u00a0<strong>presen\u00e7a de algumas irregularidades na constru\u00e7\u00e3o existente<\/strong>.
